BioAcademic, Administrator, Educator, Researcher, Theorist, Administrator / 2024
I was born in a remote rural community in Southeastern Saskatchewan. My funds of knowledge (i.e., lived experiences and families' lived experiences) allow me to be adaptable, learning to utilize multiple perspectives to conceptualize, design, and implement highly effective, efficient, and relevant policies, programs, and systems.

As an educator and researcher, my goal is to create environments (physical or virtual) that are full of opportunities that utilize analytical and critical thinking. I have incorporated 21st-century technology in every facet of education over circa fifteen years. In addition, I integrate historically effective instructional strategies that enhance each child’s learning experience. The education process is supported by providing all children a safe and well-rounded all-inclusive experience. My experiences as a student, professional, and parent of six children allow me to adopt a philosophy that accepts students’ strengths and supports any challenges. Moreover, I am committed to supporting each student and colleague in achieving their full potential in and out of the classroom. Currently, I am the K-12 principal at White Bear Education Complex in southwest Saskatchewan.
